Professional member ACM (the Association for Computing Machinery), (since 2011)
ACM, is the world’s largest educational and scientific computing society, uniting educators, researchers and professionals to inspire dialogue, share resources and address the field’s challenges. ACM strengthens the computing profession’s collective voice through strong leadership, promotion of the highest standards, and recognition of technical excellence. ACM supports the professional growth of its members by providing opportunities for life-long learning, career development, and professional networking. With over 100,000 members from over 100 countries, ACM works to advance computing as a science and a profession.
 
Member Swedish Association of University Teachers (SULF/SACO-S ) , (since 2010)
, is the association for university teachers, researchers and doctoral candidates. SULF, is a member of the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations (Saco), whose members are professionals with university or college education.
 
Individual member OASIS (Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards) , (2007-2008)
, is a not-for-profit consortium that drives the development, convergence and adoption of open standards for the global information society. OASIS promotes industry consensus and produces worldwide standards for security, Cloud computing, SOA, Web services, the Smart Grid, electronic publishing, emergency management, and other areas. OASIS open standards offer the potential to lower cost, stimulate innovation, grow global markets, and protect the right of free choice of technology. OASIS members broadly represent the marketplace of public and private sector technology leaders, users and influencers. The consortium has more than 5,000 participants representing over 600 organizations and individual members in 100 countries. The Consortium hosts two of the most widely respected information portals on XML and Web services standards, Cover Pages and XML.org. OASIS Member Sectionsinclude AMQP, Blue, CGM Open, eGov, Emergency, IDtrust, LegalXML, Open CSA, and WS-I.
